To help in early preparation we are announcing some critical deadlines and dates that you should mark down:

Please note, we require a minimum of 6 girls for the DI Mixed Tournament. If you do not think you can hit that number, you can let us know that you are close on the early bid survey and we can try to find you some extra girls - OR you can apply for the DII tournament where we might be making some alterations to the gender ratios or holding an Open DII tournament.

October 8th – Deadline to submit your early bid for the State Tournament

  • This will help us plan the tournament and determine if we have numbers for DII
  • It also ensures we can follow up with you regarding other deadlines!

October 20th –Official USAU Registration Deadline for State

October 27th – Deadline to submit State Tournament Fee

  • $400 for D1, $200 for D2 and Fun
  • Submit Payment Online
  • Checks made out to  and sent to: Altitude Youth Ultimate Attn: Jeff Berget 3687 Xanthia St. Denver, CO 80238

November 5th – Deadline for Online Rostering

  • Rostering will be left open even after first games have started. PLEASE make sure no players take the field until they are up to date with USAU and added to your roster!

Other Things to Note:

  • Single School Representation / Player Eligibility required
    • If you have players on your roster that are NOT full time students at the school being represented you must seek an exception. Competing with ineligible players could get your team disqualified. If you have players from other schools on your team reach out to us BEFORE State to make sure your situation is approved. Please see the Eligibility Requirements Doc for more information.
  • Safe Sport - ANY adult working with your team must take USAU's SafeSport Certification! Know the law and protect your staff and volunteers!

  • COVID-19 Safety
We are closely monitoring the ever shifting landscape concerning COVID-19 and the Delta Variant. We recognize that things are shifting very quickly and we may need to make alterations to the season and/or our safety guidelines as we go.
As we currently stand, we will be following the USA Ultimate Return to Play Guidelines. Under the current updates, vaccinated players do NOT have to wear a mask. Unvaccinated players will be required to wear a mask or produce a negative test result prior to games or tournaments. The USAU rostering system has a place for players to upload a picture of their vaccine card as proof of vaccination.
